Last night we had a birthday party for Andrew. He will turn one tomorrow, but we had his party last night. He had a great time opening his new toys. He took time to look over each one and play with them. Then we sang Happy Birthday to him. He was all smiles and of course, quite interested in the cupcake and candle placed before him. Alyssa and Ian were good helpers and helped him blow out his candle.
Then he used his cute little fingers to test the frosting carefully. He took a minute to figure out what it was in front of him and then he went for it. He mashed the chocolate cupcake in his face and all over his shirt. He was having a great time. He is such a happy little guy. He's always in a pleasant mood and he is quick with a smile for anyone who will pay attention to him. After eating his cupcake he played on the floor with his new toys.
