Last night we had a Christmas party at our house with some of Jason's old Weber State track teammates/friends. This group of guys and their wives have become good friends of ours over the years and this Christmas party is an annual event. This time we hosted it at our house. I must say it was the perfect kick-in-the-butt I needed to get some long-overdue projects done around the house.
We had a great time. We had 16 people over. We had soups, bread sticks, yummy side dishes/snacks and of course yummy dessert. We played our annual white elephant game which has gotten a bit racy over the years, but we're all adults and we all got a great laugh out of it. Many of our guests stayed until about 12:30 am. (With kids sleeping at their grandparents many of us just didn't want the party to end.)
To those of you reading this who came, thanks for coming. We had a great time. See you at New Years?!
