I may be somewhat creative with crafty things, but by the title of this post you can see I am not very good with words. I saw these cute photo tiles at
Crafty Chicks and thought these would be fun to make. I don't really have much by way of Valentine decorations and the top of my piano looked very plain. So I made a 5.5x5.5 digital layout using Valentine themed products (I chose to use my kids baby pictures.) Printed them at Costco and then I Mod Podged them on to a 6x6 inch plain white tile. I bought the little easels at WalMart (a store which I hate...maybe I'll do a quick post about that too.) Here's how they turned out, I LOVE them. I'm thinking I'm going to make one with Easter pictures, maybe one for summer/4th of July.

Then, Alyssa and I got busy making some treat bag toppers. I bought these little bags at Ben Franklin Crafts for about $2. (The package has 100 bags, so they will last me a long time.) We made these little toppers on Photoshop, printed them, cut them out, then folded them in half and stapled them on top of her candy. They were easy, in-expensive and we were both really happy with them.

Both projects are very cute! I did the treat bag toppers last year with the boys. They were hit in their classes. This year, because of my time constraints, we bought store valentines. I was so sad, but what can I do? The tiles turned out really good also! You are really becoming quite the crafty woman!
